I have been working on sorting the problems I have with my game (the constant crashing thing in CAS). I thought I found what caused it (something in my packages CC), but now I'm for 95% sure that isn't the problem. I think I'm lost...
I can't find any errors nor conflicts, so I think I can't solve the problem :(
The only thing left and the one thing I was trying to avoid, is to uninstall the whole game and re-install it from scratch.... still don't like that prospect, but I think it's inevitable.... :\
I haven't been able to work on my "60s" Sim, but I did manage to create another Sim in between crashes, although she's far from being finished. She's totally different from my "60s" Sim as you can see.
Here are some in game shots from her; at least that part of my game works fine !! :D
I hope to be back soon, with some better news about my game and with a download-able Sim ;)

I hope you get your game working...it's a handful of us that are having problems with this game or recent patch. It's quite nerve wrenching.
I had some crashing in CAS as well. Even I can't find any conflicts and I re-compressed everything again!

I emptied my package folder and started compressing my CC again. After compressing some of my CC, I checked if it worked. But I didn't, CAS crashed again. So I think it's somehow game related and I think I have to reinstall :(
Arghhh...it seems everyone's game is borked. I frigin hate EA, bloody test your game properly before releasing it please. SO many stupid patches with so many stuuupid problems. :(

A patch should be to solve problems not to create problems !!
Wait, I just discovered some corrupt files hiding in my launcher...did you check those downloads??
Oh and yes Ice cream is like a perfect treatment for these nuisances

Did check everything, no corrupt files. Did the uninstall and reinstall routine (again) and I think it worked !! No crashes so far :D
Now I wished, I did the reinstall earlier ;) LOL
Now... more Icecream !!! :)
